These Terms & Conditions apply to travel planning and booking services provided by Chuda Travel Services. I am an independent travel advisor affiliated with Atlas Coast Travel Group. By authorizing a booking, submitting payment, or otherwise confirming travel arrangements through Chuda Travel Services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

Travel Advisor Role

Chuda Travel Services assists clients with researching, planning, and arranging travel services provided by third-party suppliers, including cruise lines, airlines, hotels, resorts, tour operators, transportation providers, and other travel-related companies.

Travel services are ultimately provided by those suppliers and are subject to their own terms, conditions, policies, and restrictions.

Pricing & Availability

All prices, promotions, itineraries, availability, and travel details are subject to change until a reservation is confirmed and any required deposit or payment has been processed.

Chuda Travel Services is not responsible for price changes, sold-out inventory, schedule changes, or supplier errors that occur before a booking is confirmed.

Payments & Professional Fees

Deposits, final payments, cancellation penalties, and refund policies are determined by the applicable travel supplier.

Any planning, service, or professional fees charged by Chuda Travel Services, if applicable, will be disclosed before payment and may be nonrefundable.

Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

Changes or cancellations are subject to the policies and penalties of the applicable travel supplier. Clients are responsible for reviewing cancellation terms before authorizing a booking.

Any refund due is subject to the supplier's policies and processing timelines.

Travel Documents & Entry Requirements

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have the proper identification, passports, visas, vaccinations, entry authorizations, and other documentation required for their trip.

Names provided for reservations should match the traveler's identification documents exactly.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Coverage may help protect against certain unexpected events, including trip cancellation, interruption, medical expenses, delays, and lost or damaged baggage, depending on the policy selected.

Chuda Travel Services does not guarantee coverage or claim approval. Travelers are responsible for reviewing and understanding any insurance policy they purchase.

Supplier Changes & Travel Disruptions

Airlines, cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, and other suppliers may change schedules, itineraries, accommodations, transportation, or other elements of a trip.

Chuda Travel Services will make reasonable efforts to assist clients when disruptions occur but cannot control the actions or decisions of third-party suppliers.

Traveler Responsibility

Clients are responsible for reviewing all confirmations, invoices, itineraries, names, travel dates, and other booking details and promptly reporting any errors.

Travelers are also responsible for complying with supplier rules, local laws, health and safety requirements, and destination entry requirements.

Limitation of Responsibility

Chuda Travel Services acts as an advisor and intermediary between travelers and independent travel suppliers. To the extent permitted by law, Chuda Travel Services is not responsible for the acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, injuries, losses, damages, or service failures of third-party suppliers or events outside its reasonable control.

Acceptance

Clients may be asked to acknowledge these Terms & Conditions as part of a proposal, booking authorization, or other travel document.

Your supplier's own terms and conditions will also apply to your reservation.
